Facility
How do I enter the facility?
You can only enter Anytime Sim Golf by clicking on the CloudKey link in your e-mail/text. CloudKeys are activated 10 minutes before your scheduled time, and will deactivate 10 minutes after your scheduled time.
What is a CloudKey?
Anytime Sim Golf uses 'CloudKey' technology to allow customers to open the facility door securely. A CloudKey is simply a personalized and unique link that is generated when a booking has been paid.
How do I turn on the simulator / lights?
It's all automated! The lights to the facility and your bay simulator will turn on approximately 10 minutes before your session and everything will automatically turn off when your session ends. Note that if you are the last customer in the facility, all of the main lights in the facility will turn off 3 minutes after your session is over.
Can I host a party at Anytime Sim Golf?
The short answer is, NO. Anytime Sim Golf is designed for quiet practice for golfers. Any groups who violate this rule will be immediately fined as per our rules and penalties. An account holder can book multiple bays but must preserve the quiet nature of the facility. If you would like to rent the whole facility for a private group session, please contact us.
Can I rent golf clubs?
No, we do not rent clubs at our facility - you must bring your own golf clubs.
Are golf balls provided?
Golf balls and tees will be provided at the facility.
Do your bays support both Left- and Right-Handed golfers?
Yes! All of our bays use best-in-class Foresight GC Hawks, which support both Left- and Right-Handed golfers.
Do I have to wear anything specific?
Our simulators detect the golf ball every time you swing. Please avoid wearing any white shoes or black/dark shoes with white markings, and/or dark clothing/socks with white spots/reflective marks.This may confuse the simulator in the golf ball detection. We recommend wearing solid dark colours for maximum accuracy.
Can I use my own golf balls in the simulator?
We recommend golfers use the balls supplied by the facility in order to preserve the screen. However, customers may choose to use their own clean and unmarked (no sharpie lines) golf ball.
NOTE: If a customer's own golf ball is dirty / has markings (i.e., sharpie lines) and is found to have damaged the impact screen, they will automatically be charged a minimum fine of CAD $100+ as the hitting screen will need to be examined and / or replaced. Please only use white golf balls. Coloured balls may not be detected.
Do you have any courses to play in your Simulators?
Yes! Our Foresight Simulators have over 50 courses, a few mini games, and of course, a driving range so you can practice or play to your own desires.
How do I use FSX PLAY & GSPRO?
The golf simulator software is very user-friendly and intuitive to use. At the same time, there are many settings that you can change to enhance your session. (i.e., wind conditions, camera angles, data, etc.). Visit the below to familurize yourself with our software.

Can I see club data (i.e., club face direction, club path, etc.) in your Simulators?
Unfortunately, the club data module has not yet been installed on our GC Hawks. We will notify our customers should this feature become available in the future. However, you can still see distance, spin, speed and other shot data built into the simulator.
Bookings
Can I make a booking days in advance?
Yes! Golfers can make bookings up to 30 days in advance. View out available time slots now.
I booked my session in the wrong day/time. Can I change it?
If you accidentally made a booking at the wrong time, please book a new session at your desired time, and contact us for a credit on your original booking.
Can I move bays after I've booked my session?
Only the bay you book will turn on during your scheduled session. If there is an issue with the bay you're in, check out the help page. If you're still having issues that cannot be resolved after visiting the help page, please contact our support team and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Where is my CloudKey?
After making your booking and successfully checking out, your CloudKey will be sent to your e-mail approximately 2 hours before your scheduled time.
Can I cancel my booking / get a refund?
Full refunds can be issued 48h prior to your booking. If your booking is less than 48h away, a credit can be issued for you to rebook at an alternate time.
If either option above are not satisfactory and there are extenuating circumstances, please email us to discuss.
Account
Why do you need my phone number?
Having gone completely digital, Uptown Golf will use your phone number as a way to identify your booking and your presence at our automated facilities. By confirming your phone number, you will be able to operate our facilities in a personalized manner. This is all in our effort to make your golf experience as seamless as possible.
Can I save my golf data and view it later online?
Yes! You can create a free Foresight Sports Performance (FSX) Account here. When you arrive at Anytime Sim Golf, make sure you login with your FSX Username and Password, and all your data will be captured and saved.
